I forgot to post about this last week when it happened, but I just remembered... so I'm gonna do it now! Last Saturday, I asked Michael to watch the boys for a few minutes so I could run out to hit a sale on diapers (exciting, huh?), but on my way back from the store I saw a bunch of garage sale signs. I couldn't help myself! I cruised by a few and could tell from the street, they didn't have anything I was interested in. I stopped at one, and it was soooo weird. It was like a garage sale I would have. I mean, the baby clothes were nearly all clothes we have have or had at one time. They had games and movies that we've owned. It was a little Twilight Zone-ish. BUT, everything was extremely over-priced! I didn't buy anything. I headed back home, but then saw that the elementary school near my house was having a big parking lot sale. I had to stop!
I'm glad I did, too, because I loaded up on some great reader books for Preston. At 5 for a $1. There were some ragged ones, but there were also some really good, quality books too... woo hoo! Score! When I got home and showed Preston our new treasures, he was pretty excited too!

Thanks so much for linking up! Book sales are my favorite! In fact, I'm going to one this week--can't wait!
